Causes of Corrosion of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

With the promotion and development of Anping wire mesh products from time to time, many kinds of stainless steel wire mesh products have been derived. Different products have different properties, and different products of stainless steel wire mesh are used in different areas. Saving duplex stainless steel is a new type of stainless steel. Fifty percent austenite and fifty percent ferrite of conventional duplex stainless steel are obtained by balancing the proportion of alloy elements. This stainless steel has the best corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. With the rising price of raw materials, saving duplex stainless steel has been developed better than in recent years. This stainless steel has stronger yield and tensile strength than traditional duplex stainless steel. Despite these advantages, corrosion resistance and impact fracture toughness will be weakened. So why is the saving duplex stainless steel corroded? Through the research of scientists, it is found that 2101 and 2304 stainless steels, for example, show ductile behavior in the range of 550 to 850 degrees Celsius. However, their discrimination is that under the other premises of 2101, there is brittle fracture in the city, while 2304 continuously shows ductile behavior. Through discussion, scientists have concluded that 2304 is more conducive to secondary austenite composition.
